No roster of DF partners would be complete without giving effusive credit to the City of Annapolis. Its councilmembers are intelligent and approachable, its administration is ambitious and energetic, and its professional staff is accomplished and hardworking. This isn’t flattery: time and again, in the DF’s interactions with the city, it’s been a delight and privilege to work with municipal officials who so zealously pursue the public good. It’s really rather startling.
